The Mountain Lake experience is nourishing in many ways.

Mountain Lake is proof that some places still exist where “interactive” retains its original meaning: interaction among authentic people who enjoy every minute of it. These interactions happen while crossing paths with neighbors and friends or via exciting special events, there’s always something to look forward to. The Colony House is the social hub of the community where meals are shared following an engaging guest speaker or concert, before a shopping day trip, or an evening at the opera.

Dining

The perfect meal is a feast for the senses. Variety is the spice of Mountain Lake life, from sophisticated dining to casual cookouts by the pool, wine dinners and tastings to signature grab and go items on the golf course. No matter the venue, it’s all prepared by an award-winning chef.

Events

Stay connected with members from across the country during special events. Marquee family oriented programming during the holidays and Spring Break keep Mountain Lake members and their families tightly knit. Perennial favorites include the festive Mardi Gras, Chinese New Year, and St. Patrick’s Day festivities to name just a few.

Hobbies, Games & Interests

The incredible setting, whether outdoors or indoors, provides weekly opportunities for socializing in many interest groups such as bridge, backgammon, bible study, and even a yacht club for the remote control sailboat captains.

Social

The end of the day is just the prelude to the evening.

Each season brings a new energy for reconnecting with old and new friends. Social events, themed dinners, and group excursions provide opportunities for members to reconnect with their neighbors, families, and out of town guests. When the longer days and higher temperatures signal the end of the season, the anticipation of next season’s Opening Night begins to build.

Spaces to live, be active, connect with others, and recharge.

Members value all the Park has to offer: Florida’s best Seth Raynor designed golf course, the beauty of an Olmsted landscape, and a full complement of events and activities in a tradition driven, family oriented community.
